Overview
Paul Tracy is a corporate attorney who helps clients with business and transactional matters in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
Paul continuously seeks out efficient and creative means to achieve each client’s desired outcomes, delivering what his clients need in a way that works for their situation. He carefully balances being an advocate and a counselor, relentlessly pursuing clients’ goals while candidly discussing potential issues.
Paul focuses his practice on tax-advantaged corporate and transactional matters, including mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance, and equity compensation plans. Paul enjoys utilizing his unique background as an Air Force pilot and federal contractor to support government contractors in all phases of their business.
In the Air Force, Paul served as an officer and transport pilot, flying combat missions in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and humanitarian missions throughout the world. He then honed his analytical skills as a strategy consultant with a “big four” federal contractor, solving complex issues for large governmental organizations. Paul leverages this background in a range of settings to achieve clients’ goals.
Outside the office, Paul enjoys traveling with his wife and three children (and hopefully their grandparents come along, too).
