Land Use Principal Patrick O’Neil and Employment Principal Julie Reddig have been elected to Lerch Early’s Board of Directors and Management Committee. Their concurrent three-year terms started on January 1.

O’Neil is a land use and zoning attorney who works with real estate developers and property owners to secure approvals throughout Montgomery County. He also serves as outside general counsel for independent schools throughout Maryland, the District of Columbia and Virginia.

Reddig helps employers build and maintain productive workplaces by navigating the many federal, state, and local laws protecting employees in the workforce. She counsels management on avoiding and defending against employment claims before administrative agencies and local, state, and federal courts in Maryland and the District of Columbia.

The pair replace Sharon Craig and David Kay, whose three-year terms came to a conclusion on December 31.

O’Neil and Reddig join newly elected Managing Partner Ruth Katz as new faces on the Board for 2024.
