On October 21, Lerch Early client Landmark Realty broke ground on the Crescent at Chevy Chase, an 111-unit rental community. Land use attorneys Stacy Silber and Liz Rogers represent Landmark.

From the project’s Facebook page:

“A BIG celebration yesterday to mark the Groundbreaking of Crescent @ Chevy Chase on a picture perfect Fall afternoon. Friends and supporters joined developer Rob Bindeman of Landmark Realty, Eagle Bank, and our incredible development team in marking the start of construction of the 111-unit rental community on the newly named 3929 Landmark Ct. We can’t wait to welcome residents mid 2023 to the best of urban-suburban living adjacent to a booming Chevy Chase Lake, the Purple Line, and a revamped Capital Crescent Trail.”

According to the project’s website, the development “is conveniently located directly adjacent to the Purple Line and the Capital Crescent Trail, steps to the new Chevy Chase Lake Town Square with a variety of shopping and dining options, a grocery store, and pharmacy, a short walk or bike ride to Bethesda or Rock Creek Park, and within minutes to Washington, DC.”
