COO Dave Anderson, Real Estate Principal and Diversity Committee Co-chair Sharon Craig, and Managing Partner Steve Robins recently participated in the Directed Dialogues Series DEI Certification Program hosted by the Bar Association and Bar Foundation of Montgomery County MD in conjunction with Equity Through Action.

The training involved 12 weeks of education, dialogue, assessment and goal setting to help law firm leaders integrate DEI into the culture, operations, strategies and priorities of their firms.

“I am very proud of the work our Diversity Committee currently does at the firm, and through this program, we gained extremely valuable insight and information on how we can continue to raise the bar at Lerch Early when it comes to our diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts,” Robins said. “The program was very well done and we’re appreciative we had the opportunity to participate.”

Equity Through Action guides corporations to examine their work through a race equity lens by providing training, coaching, and technical assistance. According to their site, their “work enables organizations to create equitable practices, policies, and mind shifts.”
