February 1, 2019 – 7:00 am – 9:00 am
Lerch Early litigator Mike Goecke and Montgomery County Circuit Court Magistrate Keith Rosa will present “Strategies for Written Discovery” as part of the Pro Bono Resource Center‘s Litigation Skills Lunch and Learn series. They will address interrogatories, requests for admission, and requests for production of documents.
The skill- and community-building series is open to attorneys who have already accepted a pro bono commitment through a PBRC training within the past 12 months OR who commit to answer at least three legal questions for low-income Marylanders, using the https://Maryland.FreeLegalAnswers.org website.
Each meeting includes a one-hour skills training, followed by a one-hour mentoring roundtable, where attendees can bring up litigation questions they’re currently facing (whether related to the presentation topic or not), and get input from the group.
