• A review and analysis of Maryland case law on the enforceability of term sheets/letters of intent through 2015;
• How the Court of Appeals’ 2015 decision in Falls Garden clarified the law; and
• Practical drafting tips to ensure that you’re not bound to a preliminary agreement (unless you want to be).
