Overview
Tiffany McClease is an employment attorney who represents clients in a wide range of labor relations, employment litigation, and workplace safety matters in Maryland.
Driven and adaptable, Tiffany prioritizes the client’s goals and develops thoughtful, creative ways to achieve them. “When I come to [Tiffany] for advice, I know it will be well researched, well thought out, and spot-on,” one of her clients says.
In her practice, Tiffany represents employers in cases arising under Title VII, FMLA, ADA, and FLSA, and provides strategic legal counsel and advice to employers on discipline, performance management, misconduct investigations, reasonable accommodations, and workforce restructuring.
Tiffany earned her law degree from Howard University School of Law and a bachelor’s degree in administration of justice from George Mason University.
In her free time, Tiffany loves the outdoors, including hiking, relaxing on the beach, or hosting backyard barbecues for friends and family.
