Kimco Receives Redevelopment Approval for Kentlands Market Square

The City of Gaithersburg Planning Commission approved Kimco’s final site plan for redevelopment of Kentlands Market Square.

Stuart Barr serves as land use counsel for the project. Kimco plans to begin construction in January 2018, with most tenants opening by mid-2019.
