Crescent at Chevy Chase Advances with Purple Line Construction

Bethesda Magazine reports that Landmark Realty is moving forward with plans for the Crescent at Chevy Chase, an apartment community located across the street from the future Purple Line.  The mews-style project has a target groundbreaking goal in late 2019. Stacy Silber serves as land use counsel for the project.
