Stacy Silber Serves as Juror for ULI Terwilliger Center for Housing Awards

Land Use attorney Stacy Silber is serving on a national panel, which is charged with reviewing projects from around the country for two ULI Terwilliger Center Housing awards.

One award is the 2020 Jack Kemp Excellence in Affordable and Workforce Housing Award, which honors exemplary developments that ensure housing affordability for people with a range of incomes.

The other is the Robert C. Larson Housing Policy Leadership Award recognizing innovative state and local policy initiatives that support the creation and preservation of affordable and workforce housing, specifically housing affordable to households earning at or below 120 percent of area median income (AMI).

Winners are expected to be announced this fall.
