On November 16, Monument Realty obtained approved from the Montgomery County Planning Board for the development of 494 residential units on the former 147 acre Montgomery Village Golf Course site. The project, Bloom Montgomery Village, includes a combination of single family, town and duplex units. A significant component of the project is the Parks Facilities Agreement intended to facilitate the conveyance of almost 50 acres of park land to MNCPPC Parks Department.

Pat Harris serves as land use counsel on the project.
