Lerch Early Office Featured in JLL Case Study Collection

Lerch Early's new office and conference space is a featured property in JLL's "Mid-Atlantic Ambitions" collection of case studies. The collection features workplaces throughout the Mid-Atlantic region designed to provide the best client and employee experiences.

JLL provided tenant representation project management for Lerch Early as the firm relocated to accommodate significant growth over the past decade, and a need for additional office and conference space to continue to serve clients at a stellar level. The firm can now host many more meetings and events on-site than at the former location.

Lerch Early's Bill Kominers, who oversaw the firm's space design, noted that "the open, airy design renews our enthusiasm for work, and it’s obvious how much employees feel it.”
