Johnson Property Plans Approved in Gaithersburg

The Sentinel

The Gaithersburg City Council approved a development plan for the Johnson Property in Gaithersburg near the interesection of Darnestown Road and Quince Orchard Boulevard. The mixed-use development will include commercial and residential, and will build upon the walkability to the surrounding schools, shopping and amenities.

Stuart Barr and Bob Harris serve as land use counsel for the project.
