Harry Lerch Named 2019 "Lawyer of the Year" for Eminent Domain and Condemnation Law by Best Lawyers

Land use and zoning attorney Harry Lerch recently was selected as the 2019 "Lawyer of the Year" for Eminent Domain and Condemnation Law in Washington, DC by Best Lawyers in America. Only a single lawyer in each practice area and designated metropolitan area is honored as the "Lawyer of the Year," making this accolade particularly significant. These lawyers are selected based on particularly impressive voting averages received during the peer-review assessments.

Receiving this designation reflects the high level of respect a lawyer has earned among other leading lawyers in the same communities and the same practice areas for their abilities, their professionalism, and their integrity. Since it was first published in 1983, Best Lawyers has become universally regarded as the definitive guide to legal excellence. Harry has been listed in Best Lawyers' land use and zoning law category since 2001.

Harry Lerch is a land use and zoning attorney who has guided clients in eminent domain and condemnation proceedings, zoning, planning, traffic mitigation, historic preservation, and legacy open space in Montgomery County, Maryland for more than 40 years.
