Lerch Early Principal Erin Kopelman has been voted top Family Law Attorney in the 2026 Best of Bethesda readers’ poll.

According to Bethesda Magazine, more than 6,500 people voted in the nomination round of the online readers’ poll and more than 11,600 voted in the elimination round. You can see Erin’s listing on MoCo360’s website in the Best of Bethesda section under Shopping & Services.

This is the second year in a row Erin has been the top vote-getter in the Best of Bethesda poll.

Erin is a divorce attorney who handles cases involving domestic relations and family law, including divorce, custody, child support, property settlement, alimony, post-judgment issues, prenuptial agreements, and postnuptial agreements in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
