The Urban Land Institute Washington recently held a Leadership Institute panel on the development process, moderated by Bob Harris. The session gave the class an understanding of the complexities of how development gets done and what role the public sector plays in the process.
Bob Harris is a land use and real estate attorney who helps landowners strategically improve the use and value of their real estate. He represents commercial and residential landowners before planning commissions, courts, government agencies, and elected officials to obtain development approvals and protect land use rights in Montgomery County, Maryland and surrounding jurisdictions.
