Lerch Early lending attorney Alison Rind serves on MCLA’s Board of Directors.
MCLA will cover the recently released new catch-all regs , new program fees, and 504 updates. You’ll also hear from True Respite Brewing Co. about their experience applying for and obtaining 504 and other financing for the start up of their new brewery and restaurant.

By Metro to 7600 Wisconsin Avenue
The office is located two blocks from the Bethesda Metro. Take the Red Line to Bethesda. Take the escalators up to the plaza level and walk straight to Wisconsin Avenue (Rte. 355). Turn left, cross Old Georgetown Road, and walk one block. 7600 Wisconsin Avenue is located at the corner of Wisconsin Avenue and Commerce Lane. Take the elevator to the 7th floor.
Limited Parking in the Building – Use GPS for 4701 Commerce Lane, Bethesda, MD 20814
Limited parking is available in the building for $4.00 for one hour, $8.00 for up to two hours, or $10.00 maximum. The entrance to the parking garage is at 4701 Commerce Lane. Take the elevator to the lobby; then take the interior elevator to the 7th floor. Because parking is tight, particularly when we are holding events, please consider the public parking at Garage 49 or 11 listed below.
Public Parking Garage 49 – Use GPS for 4817 Edgemoor Lane, Bethesda, MD 20814
There is public parking available at Public Parking Garage 49, located a block and a half from our office, for $1.25 per hour. Enter at 7601 Woodmont Avenue, Bethesda, MD 20814 or 4817 Edgemoor Lane (if coming from Woodmont, you’ll turn left on Edgemoor and then do a U turn). Take the Old Georgetown Road elevator to the Skywalk level. Turn left, and cross the red bridge above Old Georgetown Road. Walk past the hair salon, and cross the plaza on your right. Enter at the back of the building and take the elevator to the 7th floor.
Public Parking Garage 11 – Use GPS for 7730 Woodmont Avenue, Bethesda, MD 20814 , Bethesda, MD 20814
There is public parking available at Public Parking Garage 11, located two blocks from our office, for $1.00 per hour. Enter at 7730 Woodmont Avenue. Exit on the Woodmont exit (not the Old Georgetown Road exit). Walk up the hill to the crosswalk, cross Woodmont, then walk down Woodmont until you reach the stairs leading up to Bethesda Place and the Original Pancake House (just before the entrance to Bethesda Place Apartments). Go up the stairs, cross the plaza, passing the art gallery on your left. Enter 7600 Wisconsin Avenue at the back of the building and take the elevator to the 7th floor.
