Employment attorney Julie Reddig presented “Sex, Drugs & Employment Law” to members of the RECN (Real Estate & Construction Network) Group of the Gaithersburg-Germantown Chamber of Commerce.
Her presentation focused on sexual harassment issues and #metoo 2.0 (equal pay); drug use, abuse, and testing in the workplace; and new standards in wage and hour, plus new Maryland employment laws.
