This is an opportunity to engage with these key County officials as Prince George’s County undergoes a major rewrite of its zoning code. The comprehensive rewrite to the Zoning and Subdivision Ordinances is intended to modernize the County’s zoning code to a more user-friendly document aligned with the County’s vision for smart growth and economic development. One of the key goals of the rewrite of the Zoning and Subdivision Ordinances is to streamline the development approval process.
