Overview
Siobhan Bissell represents businesses, individuals, and property owners in commercial and real estate disputes in Washington, D.C., and Virginia. She guides clients through all stages of litigation, from pre-suit demands through trial and appeal.
Siobhan works closely with clients to understand both their immediate concerns and long-term objectives, tailoring her approach to each client’s goals throughout the matter.
Siobhan handles a wide range of business and commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, consumer protection claims, business torts, fiduciary duty disputes, and management conflicts. She also represents clients in real estate and title litigation involving title defects, competing ownership claims, easements, and design and construction defects.
Her prior experience includes positions with the Washington Field Office of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Virginia Department of Labor and Industry.
Outside of work, Siobhan enjoys reading and cheering on her alma mater, Michigan State University, and its Spartans.
