Overview

Jen Farkas has extensive experience leading cross-functional initiatives and supporting organizational growth, bringing a thoughtful and strategic approach to her work.

Proactive and perceptive, Jen works across teams to translate firm priorities into meaningful, measurable results while fostering a culture grounded in integrity, trust, and accountability. She believes that when people feel valued and united by a shared purpose, strong results naturally follow.

Jen’s background combines strong leadership and operational expertise with a foundation in graphic design and marketing, allowing her to integrate strategic insight with creativity. Much of Jen’s professional experience has been rooted in the local community, where she worked closely with businesses, organizations, and community leaders through roles connected to Bethesda Magazine and Bethesda Today.

Jen is a Montgomery County native and lives in Kensington with her husband, two daughters, and dog. When she’s not at work, you’ll usually find her cheering on her kids from the sidelines or walking her dog in Rock Creek Park with headphones on, listening to a book or podcast. Jen’s favorite place, second only to home, is the beach (though she’ll happily settle for the pool when she must!).
