Overview

Curtis Sano is an attorney with more than 30 years of experience handling real estate development for multifamily, office, hotel, and mixed-use projects. He also is adept at real estate debt and equity financing, and data center and fiber network development.

Curtis stresses attention to the basic details, even in complex matters, to keep the focus on the client’s objectives and to get them a favorable outcome. He has an innate ability to keep an even keel during the most complex and contentious matters, quickly adapting to unusual circumstances.

In his practice, Curtis also handles real estate purchase and sale, development agreements, easements and REAs, debt (senior and mezzanine), and equity finance. He has experience in joint ventures in opportunity zone transactions.

Curtis enjoys music, playing guitar and songwriting. He is an avid cook, who prepares Japanese, Italian, Thai, and Hawaiian cuisines.
