Maida Hughes is a family law and divorce attorney serving clients in Maryland and the District of Columbia.

Maida believes every person deserves the same high level of care tailored to their individual needs. Recognizing the toll the legal process can take on individuals and families, she prioritizes building strong rapport and trust with her clients. Thorough and detail-oriented, Maida works to ensure each client is well-informed, always kept in the loop, and aware of all case strategy decisions.

In her practice, Maida also helps clients with adoptions, guardianships, protective orders, and peace orders.

A native of Montgomery County, Maryland, Maida enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and rescue pup. In her free time, she loves being outdoors, baking, and being an active sports mom.
