Scott Pacheco oversees brand positioning, messaging, and firmwide marketing initiatives, aligning them with Lerch Early’s strategic objectives.

Understanding the value of building lasting relationships, Scott recognizes the importance of strong internal collaboration and trusted external relationships in delivering effective, results-driven marketing initiatives.

In addition to overseeing content, digital presence, and thought leadership, Scott partners closely with firm leadership and attorneys to support business development efforts aligned with the firm’s growth goals.

A native Michigander, Scott is a fanatic of Detroit’s four main professional sports teams (Tigers, Lions, Pistons, Red Wings) and the University of Michigan’s football and basketball teams. When not at the office, you can find him chasing his two sons around local playgrounds.
