Planning Board Approves Strathmore Square Sketch Plan

Bethesda Magazine

The Montgomery County Planning Board recently approved Fivesquares Development's sketch plan for Strathmore Square, a mixed-use, predominantly residential, transit-oriented community at the Grosvenor Strathmore Metro station. Its vision is to create a walkable and dynamic community that will be well-connected to the surrounding neighborhoods.

Steve Robins serves as land use counsel for the project. For more information, see "Planning Board Approves ‘Sketch Plan’ for 1.9 Million Square-Foot Development."
