Planning Board Approves Elizabeth Square Project with Pool

The Montgomery County Planning Board unanimously approved plans for Elizabeth Square, a public-private project that will include apartments, an aquatic center, and a senior wellness center. The project is a partnership of Lee Development Group (LDG),  the Montgomery County Housing Opportunities Commission, and Montgomery County government. Bill Kominers, Susan Reutershan, and Sharon Nelson Craig serve as land use and real estate counsel for LDG.
