Bethesda Redevelopment Project Could Revitalize Section of Auburn Avenue

Bethesda Magazine

Bethesda Magazine reported that a redevelopment project at 4915 and 4921 Auburn Avenue in downtown Bethesda could "revitalize what some say is a somewhat 'drab' section of Auburn Avenue."

At a recent community meeting, the complex's owner representatives, architects, engineers, and land use counsel presented concepts for the development, designed with thoughtful transitions from residential to commercial areas. Stacy Silber serves as land use counsel for the project.
