Lerch Early is seeking an experienced associate attorney to join our thriving Community Associations practice. The ideal candidate would have two to three years of experience handling a variety of general counsel, enforcement, transactional, collections, and administrative litigation matters related to community associations.

This position offers significant direct client contact with community association boards and property managers and is ideal for a 2–3-year associate seeking to further develop strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills in the community association setting. This role provides a valuable opportunity to build on your existing experience while developing a sustainable practice within the firm’s regional footprint.

You will gain hands-on experience advising clients on governance, covenant enforcement, collections, and transactional matters, including representing associations in collection proceedings and related trials. Working closely with experienced attorneys and paralegals committed to mentorship and exceptional client service, you will assume increasing responsibility in managing matters, counseling boards, appearing in court, and cultivating long-term client relationships that contribute to the continued growth of the practice.

DC/MD bar required; VA bar is a plus.

The salary range for this position is $125,000- $145,000 per year (based on experience), with the potential for bonuses.
