Lerch, Early & Brewer, a full-service Bethesda law firm, seeks a Collections Paralegal to work in our Community Associations practice.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 1-3 years of collection experience, with preference in Community Associations collections
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and debtors both orally and in writing
  • Professional and effective written communication skills with excellent grammar, punctuation, tone and spelling
  • Demonstrated proficiency in preparing correspondence and pleadings
  • Advanced/expert knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and meet all deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills to manage workload and prioritize multiple assignments
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required
