Attorneys

Principals have the ability to spend time with each client to understand their needs, rather than churning through as many as possible. Associates get to do more than document review—they work on substantive issues, and have more client interaction than at many firms.

Twenty years ago, I left a large law firm to pursue a career at Lerch Early and I’ve never looked back. At Lerch Early, I’ve found the best of all worlds: the ability to work on sophisticated matters alongside brilliant, dedicated lawyers while maintaining an active lifestyle outside the firm. I can’t imagine practicing law anywhere else.
As soon as I joined the firm, I could see it was different from my prior firms. Everyone was welcoming, and the firm supported my request to adjust my hours so I could spend time with my children after school. With the mentorship of senior partners, I grew as a legal practitioner and producer, advancing from associate to partner and practice group leader. I hope I have instilled that same sense of belonging and growth in those I work with. After 25 years at the firm, I am grateful for the opportunities it has given me and hope I have given back as much as I have received.
