Irma Rodriguez manages the accounting team and daily accounting operations. She recently celebrated more than 30 years with Lerch, Early & Brewer, bringing deep institutional knowledge and a strong commitment to operational excellence.

Irma approaches attorneys as internal clients, emphasizing high-quality service as a key driver of the firm’s success. Known for her efficiency-minded approach, she continually looks for ways to improve processes, embrace new technology, and help the accounting team work smarter, not harder.

Originally from El Salvador, Irma is deeply grateful for her parents’ decision to immigrate to the United States and credits their example for the strong work ethic she brings to the firm every day. She takes great pride in her long tenure at Lerch Early and values the close-knit, extended-family culture she has built over the years.

Outside of work, Irma enjoys a variety of creative pursuits, including decorating, gardening, and planning gatherings. She also loves cooking and sharing her culinary creations with family and friends.
