Merabeth Roller oversees Lerch Early’s accounting team and leads the firm’s financial strategy and oversight with an eye on both short- and long-term performance.

Strategic and forward-thinking, Merabeth is highly effective at improving processes, applying best practices, and using technology to drive automation.

In leading the accounting team, Merabeth believes every person plays an important role in the firm’s success and is committed to helping her team thrive.

Outside of the office, Merabeth enjoys playing sports with her two children and proudly takes on the role of “soccer coach mom.” She also likes riding bikes and exploring water activities, whether at the pool, lake, or ocean (even better when travel is involved).
