Master Plans

Rise to every challenge

Master Plans

Local jurisdictions are continuously updating area master plans as they plan for the future of a community and the properties that comprise that community. Lerch Early attorneys have been involved in all aspects of every master plan in Montgomery County and have also worked on master plans in Rockville, Gaithersburg, and Prince George’s County.

Clients seek our experience in navigating the complexity of the master plan process including working with planning staff, planning boards/planning commissions, and the City or County Council. Most recently, Lerch Early attorneys were instrumental in helping clients maximize densities and heights in such master plans as Bethesda, Westbard, Chevy Chase Lake, White Flint, and White Oak.
