Overview

Erica White is responsible for overseeing the firm’s benefit programs, recruitment, and retention initiatives, performance management system, employee development, and training, and other employee relations and staffing matters. Her knowledge, experience, and creative approach to problem solving provide innovative solutions to help the firm maximize individual, team, and organizational performance.

Prior to joining Lerch Early, Erica was a human resources and management consultant for United Health Group in San Antonio, Texas, and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where she worked with companies to overcome obstacles and improve their organizational effectiveness. She has worked with companies in the energy, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and retail sectors, along with private and public health organizations, federal and state employees, and professional sports teams.

Erica, a native of Maryland’s Eastern Shore, loved growing up on the beach, but is now enjoying exploring the restaurants and attractions of downtown Bethesda and Washington, DC.
