Charlie Lamari is a community associations attorney who leads collection efforts at Lerch Early. He helps condominiums, cooperatives, and homeowners associations with the collection of delinquent assessments and related issues in Maryland.
A client-first attorney, Charlie developed his approach in the hospitality industry through opening and managing restaurants. Emphasizing responsiveness and client service is something he prides himself on every day in his law practice.
Charlie is adept at filing liens against individual unit owners, initiating lawsuits for the collection of assessments, seeking enforcement of those judgments through garnishments, and executing sheriff’s sales and foreclosure sales on properties.
Charlie is a foodie and wine lover. Before he began his legal career, he opened and managed restaurants for the Brio Tuscan Grille Group. Charlie also enjoys golfing, playing soccer and hiking when these activities don't interfere with his love of watching the Washington Redskins with his friends, family and dog, a Shiba Inu named Rocco.
