In Montgomery County, the first evaluation of any project takes place before the Montgomery County Planning Board. This is your opportunity to discuss Casey’s plans/goals for the Montgomery County Planning Commission, as well as any other topic of interest affecting the County’s commercial real estate community.

The office is located two blocks from the Bethesda Metro. Take the Red Line to Bethesda. Take the escalators up to the plaza level and walk straight to Wisconsin Avenue (Rte. 355). Turn left, cross Old Georgetown Road, and walk one block. 7600 Wisconsin Avenue is located at the corner of Wisconsin Avenue and Commerce Lane. Take the elevator to the 7th floor.
Limited Parking in the Building – Use GPS for 4701 Commerce Lane, Bethesda, MD 20814
Limited parking is available in the building for $4.00 for one hour, $8.00 for up to two hours, or $10.00 maximum. The entrance to the parking garage is at 4701 Commerce Lane. Take the elevator to the lobby; then take the interior elevator to the 7th floor. Because parking is tight, particularly at lunch time, please consider the public parking at Garage 49 listed below.
Public Parking – Use GPS for 4817 Edgemoor Lane, Bethesda, MD 20814
There is also public parking available at Public Parking Garage 49, located a block and a half away, for $1.25 per hour effective July 10, 2017. Enter at 7601 Woodmont Avenue, Bethesda, MD 20814 or 4817 Edgemoor Lane (if coming from Woodmont, you’ll turn left on Edgemoor and then do a U turn). Take the Old Georgetown Road elevator to the Skywalk level. Turn left, and cross the red bridge above Old Georgetown Road. Walk past the hair salon, and cross the plaza on your right. Enter at the back of the building and take the elevator to the 7th floor.
