Chambers USA 2018 Ranks Lerch Early in Litigation, Real Estate, Health Care

Chambers USA 2018: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business recognized Lerch Early in the areas of Litigation: General Commercial and Real Estate, including Land Use, noting the firm's "strong Maryland presence, attracting a broad regional and national client base."

Chambers describes the team as “highly regarded for advising businesses on shareholder, contract, and corporate disputes, as well as representing individuals in breach of fiduciary duty matters.” A Chambers source says "I would absolutely recommend them. They are very smart lawyers and excellent litigators."

Real Estate, Including Land Use
Chambers recognizes the firm in Real Estate, including Land Use, for its experience "advising on construction and financing  in addition to notable experience in land use matters, citing Lerch Early's work "on mixed-use property issues, including in up-and-coming areas with existing public transport and pedestrian-friendly facilities."
