Attorney Steven Dunn Joins Lerch Early’s Community Associations and Real Estate Practices

Lerch Early is pleased to welcome real estate attorney Steven Dunn as an associate in the Community Associations and Real Estate practices.

Steven represents condominiums, cooperatives, and homeowners associations assisting with board operations, preparing necessary amendments to governing documents and policy resolutions, contract review, association collections and foreclosures in Virginia and Maryland.

“Steven brings valuable experience working with homeowners associations and condominium boards in multiple jurisdictions,” said Ruth Katz, chair of the firm’s Community Associations practice. “Our clients will benefit greatly from the versatility and knowledge he brings to our firm.”

Steven also represents landlords, tenants, developers, and lenders in various stages of real estate transactions.

“We’re pleased to bring in an attorney with Steven’s background and skillset,” said Ann Marie Mehlert, chair of the firm’s Real Estate practice. “His ability to work on multiple types of projects makes him a valuable addition to our team.”

Steven received his bachelor’s degree in government and international politics from George Mason University and his law degree from the George Mason University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Maryland and Virginia.

One of Steven’s passions outside of the office is serving on the board of Community Residences, Inc., which provides personalized resources for individuals with mental health issues and developmental disabilities in Maryland and Northern Virginia. A proud George Mason University alumnus, he is a men’s basketball season ticket holder for the Patriots. Growing up, Steven ran track and cross-country and spent his summers as a lifeguard on the Jersey Shore.
