The Collection Chevy Chase Secures Site Plan Approvals

Land use and zoning attorney Steve Robins secured site plan approvals from the Montgomery County Planning Board for The Collection Chevy Chase project, according to Bethesda Magazine's Bethesda Beat.

The Collection, a high-end retail center in Chevy Chase, is a $15 million project by the the Chevy Chase Land Company. According to Bethesda Beat, construction could begin after January 1, 2017. Read the complete article at "The Collection Chevy Chase Clears Planning Board Hurdle."
