Land use and zoning attorney Robby Brewer will speak at The Greater Bethesda-Chevy Chase Chamber of Commerce Economic Development & Government Relations meeting. As chair of the Montgomery County Business Development Corporation, Robby will join guest speakers councilmember Hans Riemer and Craig Howard and Sue Richards of the Office of Legislative Oversight, to discuss the Office of Legislative Oversight's 2014 report examining the review and approval time for preliminary plans, site plans, and record plats in Montgomery County.
