Ray Sherbill Discusses Staples Court Ruling in the Daily Record

Corporate attorney Ray Sherbill was quoted in the Daily Record discussing a recent court ruling involving office-supply retailer Staples and the $14 million in unpaid taxes the company owed to Maryland. The court ruled Staples and its subsidiaries could not operate independently and owed the outstanding tax debt to the state in which they operate.
