Planning Board Approves NoBe Market II

On March 1, the Montgomery County Planning Board approved a plan for North Bethesda Market II, a new retail, office, and residential project in White Flint to be developed by The JBG Companies.  The mixed-use project includes four buildings housing up to 414 dwellings and up to 368,000 square feet of retail, including restaurant and entertainment sites. It is located at Nicholson Lane and Woodglen Drive one block from the White Flint station on Metro’s Red Line.

Steve Robins represents The JBG Companies, most recently shepherding their development of North Bethesda Market I, located across the street from the current White Flint Mall. NoBe Market I currently is the tallest building in Montgomery County. Steven is a land use attorney at Lerch, Early & Brewer in Bethesda, Maryland who represents prominent national and regional developers, contractors, lenders and commercial property owners and has been involved in many high-visibility projects in Montgomery County.
