(BETHESDA, Md.) July 21, 2011 -- Patrick O'Neil is quoted in the Washington Post story "Bethesda Naval expansion has neighbors bracing for traffic mayhem." Patrick, a land use attorney at Lerch, Early & Brewer, has been active in community efforts to secure federal funding to support transportation upgrades related to the BRAC consolidation of Walter Reed Army Medical Center with the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda. He spoke in his role as the immediate past chairman of the Greater Bethesda-Chevy Chase Chamber of Commerce.
