Patrick O'Neil Named Chair of Bethesda Urban Partnership

Land use & zoning attorney Patrick O'Neil recently was named chair of the Bethesda Urban Partnership. Patrick previously served as secretary of the non-profit organization. The Bethesda Urban Partnership handles landscaping and maintenance as well as the promotion of downtown Bethesda through innovative marketing campaigns and large-scale events. It also manages the Bethesda Arts & Entertainment District, operates Bethesda Transportation Solutions, and manages the Bethesda Circulator.
