Patrick O'Neil in Washington Post: Bethesda Building Moratorium "Sent Bad Message"

January 2010 -- Patrick O'Neil, a principal in the Land Use group, was quoted in The Washington Post about the building moratorium that prevented new development in Bethesda. Patrick, who is the chair-elect of The Greater Bethesda-Chevy Chase Chamber of Commerce, said that the moratorium "really was elevating by law one public policy over another, school capacity over smart growth and transit-oriented development."
