Patrick O'Neil Appointed to Bethesda Urban Partnership Board

Patrick O'Neil recently was appointed to the board of directors of the Bethesda Urban Partnership by Montgomery County Executive Isaiah Leggett. The Bethesda Urban Partnership handles landscaping and maintenance as well as promotion of the downtown through innovative marketing campaigns and large-scale events. Additionally, the Bethesda Urban Partnership manages the Bethesda Arts & Entertainment District, operates Bethesda Transportation Solutions and manages the Bethesda Circulator. Patrick O’Neil is a land use and zoning attorney at Lerch, Early & Brewer in Bethesda, Maryland. He works with real estate developers, community associations and property owners on land use and zoning issues, and helps shepherd projects through the planning process, including preparing, filing and seeking approval for site plans, rezonings, special exceptions and variances. He previously served as chairman of the Greater Bethesda-Chevy Chase Chamber of Commerce.
