Patrick O' Neil Testifies Before Planning Board on Bethesda Sector Plan

Land use & zoning attorney Patrick O' Neil recently testified before the Montgomery County Planning Board on the Bethesda Downtown Sector Plan. Patrick, who serves as co-chair of the B-CC Chamber of Commerce's Bethesda Downtown Steering Committee, represented the chamber and its members during the public hearing. If approved, the plan will bring more affordable housing and eco-friendly changes to downtown Bethesda. The board approved the preliminary outline of the plan last year and is expected to make its final decision on the plan by spring 2016.
