Patrick O' Neil Elected Bethesda Urban Partnership Secretary

Land use and zoning attorney Patrick O' Neil recently was elected secretary of the Bethesda Urban Partnership, a non-profit organization that handles landscaping and maintenance as well as promotion of  downtown Bethesda through innovative marketing campaigns and large-scale events. The Bethesda Urban Partnership also manages the Bethesda Arts & Entertainment District, operates Bethesda Transportation Solutions and manages the Bethesda Circulator. Patrick O’Neil is a land use and zoning attorney at Lerch, Early & Brewer in Bethesda, Maryland who works with real estate developers, community associations and property owners on land use and zoning issues.
