Lerch Early is pleased to welcome Matthew G. DiMeglio as a real estate and commercial lending attorney and Joshua C. Schmand as a litigation attorney. Matt helps national, regional and local banks, credit unions and SBA lenders close loans, and works with real estate buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants in contract and lease negotiations. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and received his Juris Doctor from the Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, Missouri. Josh is a litigation attorney who focuses on complex business and corporate disputes, commercial disputes, and criminal matters. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Johns Hopkins University and earned his Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School.
