Lerch Early Attorneys Help Cornerstone Montgomery Begin 2 Taft Court Renovation

Lerch Early attorneys recently helped Cornerstone Montgomery purchase and begin an $8 million renovation of 2 Taft Court, which will provide vulnerable residents with integrated, accessible services. Michael Neary, an employment attorney, serves as chair of Cornerstone Montgomery, which empowers people living with mental health and co-occurring substance use disorders to live, work, and integrate successfully within the community. Lending attorney Larry Lerman provided lending help, while attorney Patrick O’Neil worked on land use issues with the City of Rockville.
